Brett Locker Joins Law Partnership

September 1, 2002 (Santa Barbara, CA) -- Schley Look & Guthrie LLP, a business law firm with offices on California's Central Coast, announced that Brett Locker has become a partner with the firm.  He has been associated with the firm, in the capacity "Of Counsel," since November 2000.

Mr. Locker is in his eighth year of law practice since graduating from Loyola Law School . He is also a graduate of UCLA. He has represented large and small, new- and old-economy business enterprises and has extensive experience with commercial contracts as well as litigation. Mr. Locker also has expertise in trademark and intellectual property matters.   His civic activities previously included pro bono work for the AIDS Project Los Angeles and currently include serving as a trustee on the board of trustees of the Santa Barbara Jewish Federation .
